See the difference.
A closer look at projects I have worked on, photographed before, during and after. Part of my work history rather than services on offer.
A record of projects I’ve worked on — my work history rather than the services I offer today; here’s what I take on now.
Work I can take on today
Clearing a leaf-covered walkway
Before and after: the leaf- and brush-covered strip beside the sidewalk, cleared back to bare soil.
Opening up a side yard
Before and after: the deck, satellite dish, neighboring wall and fence align in both views.
Bigger projects, once my license lands
Replacing rotted fence posts
Before and after: a steel replacement post going in where the wood post had rotted, and the fence standing again.
Building a new flight of garden steps
During and after: the old path lifted and the ground cut out, then a new flight of steps set into the slope. Dug out by hand, graded and set slab by slab.
Siding repair
Before and after: a replaced section of siding, then the finished wall.
Restriping a parking lot
Before and after: worn asphalt with no visible bays, then fresh white parking lines.
From the original shower to new tile
The first two photos show the original shower before this project. The rest are progress photos of the rebuild, not a completed shower.
The original shower niche
Before the remodel: a mosaic-backed niche set into the original white tile wall.
The shower before the remodel
Before the remodel: the original white tile enclosure with a curtain rail, corner baskets and a recessed niche.
Shower wall preparation
Red-coated wall boards and two recessed niches are visible before the tile goes on; the tub below is protected.
Tile installation underway
Marble-look tiles and a mosaic niche are being fitted, with tile spacers and red-coated wall areas still visible.
Mosaic niches taking shape
Marble-look wall tiles surround two stacked mosaic niches. The tub edge and tools show this is still a work site.
