Hi, I’m Ivan Pineda.
A hardworking local with a lifetime of hands-on building experience, working toward an Oregon CCB license while taking on the smaller jobs around the home.
Hands-on work, and a license to earn.
I’ve spent my working life with my hands — general construction, home repairs and outdoor projects. I’ve framed, tiled, painted, dug and hauled, and I’ve learned the part most people never see: the preparation that decides whether a job holds up.
Right now I’m studying for the Oregon Construction Contractors Board exam. Until I hold that license, I take on the work that doesn’t need one — yard cleanups, hauling, washing and moving help — during evenings and weekends around my full-time job.
My work is a record of the projects I’ve been part of. It’s my experience, not a menu — think of it as the reason you can trust me with the smaller jobs while I finish earning the license for the bigger ones.
